Database Replication and Synchronization
The Replication (downloading) of an account rep's specific records to a laptop, allowing records to be added or edited while working remotely. Synchronize (upload) the new and edited records to the SEGManager 2000 main database.
Mainframe Interface
Imports statistical SEG data (shares, loans, number of members and number of accounts for each category) from the CU core data processing or MCIF system into SEGManager 2000.
Trend Analysis
Compares statistical data between user-selected Mainframe Interface import dates and identifies trends for evaluation.
Calendaring with Outlook Integration
Segmanager 2000's "To-Do Items" feature is a calendaring system. When a "To-Do Item" is entered in SEGManager 2000, Microsoft "Outlook" calendars are automatically updated.
Sales Forecasting
Track and keep on top of what's in the sales pipeline. Identify probability of "closing the sale" within a selected timeframe.
Marketing Events
A center for managing sales and marketing efforts leading up to "closing the sale". An integral part of Sales Forecasting, it also tracks competitive and lost/terminated company data.
SEG Profitability Rating
Records are dynamically updated (via the Mainframe Interface) to show your 1) Premier, 2) Average, 3) Marginal companies based on statistical data captured in SEGManager 2000.
Statistics by Industry
An easy way to find which Industries are your best target markets and evaluate your SEG portfolio.
SEGMap (Optional)
Displays companies in a printable geographical map and prints a list of the companies and their locations.

Quickly create a "letter on the fly", a single letter to a company contact from within SEGManager 2000.

A powerful way to create and send mass mailings. Seamlessly integrates data with Microsoft Word to produce letters, envelopes and labels.
Mass Emails
Choose from multiple criteria to select companies in your database and send mass emails directly from within SEGManager 2000.
