Support

SEGManager is delivered complete and ready to use. The software is supported 60 days after delivery free of charge. After 60 days, you may subscribe to the optional Support and Maintenance Agreement for $360.00 annually, prepaid each year. The Agreement provides for unlimited technical support, and free Updates. If you you are not a Maintenance and Support subscriber, after 60 days a charge of $35 per support incident will apply. You may request technical support by telephone, fax, or email.

On Line Support is Available

We can be virtually at your side by connecting to your computer via the Internet. We show you what to do by inserting notations on your screen OR we can take control and describe what to do while we are doing it for you. You must grant us permission before we can view or take control of your desktop.
